I work for employers and employees alike across all areas of employment law. That ranges from giving critical advice on workplace emergencies, dealing with complex grievances and disciplinaries and providing assistance with TUPE matters, to drafting contracts handbooks and exit agreements.
I also represent clients in the Employment Tribunal and have particular experience of defending ‘whistle blowing’ and discrimination claims.
