We are also working closely with third parties (including, for example, business partners, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, credit reference agencies) and may receive information about you from them.  Any such third party will have obtained your express consent to sending your sensitive personal data to us.

We will use this information to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us and to provide you with the information, products and services that you request from us (e.g. in connection with a personal injury claim that you may wish to make);

Google Remarketing allows us to reach users who have previously visited the Burroughs Day website, by displaying online advertisements through Google and third party companies. Google and third party companies show our ads on sites on the internet, using information provided by cookies. Google Remarketing ads are served based on a user's prior visits to the Burroughs Day website, allowing us to tailor our advertising based on your interests. Users may opt out of Google's use of cookies by visiting the Google advertising opt-out page.

We may share your information (including personal sensitive data) with the organisation who notified us of your requirement for legal services. We may also send to them and receive from them reports which provide updates and further details about the status of your claim and any financial awards or compensation received. We use these reports to measure the quality of the service that you receive and to communicate with you.
We will use these reports to manage your ongoing claim and to measure the quality of the service you receive. We may also provide your information (including sensitive personal data) to our suppliers such as after-the-event insurance providers and medical report agencies to enable us to deal effectively with your claim.

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
