Stress at work
Being put under prolonged pressure whilst at work or facing huge changes to your job role and the business you work in can have a drastic effect on you.

Stress at work has a big impact on the way on which you can function and your employer should be protecting you from its effects. If your employer is not protecting you from stress at work, then you may be able to make a claim for compensation.

Bullying at work
Bullying and harassment at work is against the law and is covered by the Equality Act 2010. There are a number of different ways in which you may be facing bullying or harassment at work. These are:
• Rumours being spread about you
• Being picked on
• Not being promoted
• Being treated unfairly

This bullying or harassment may be taking place by phone, letter, email or face to face. However it is happening and whoever is doing it, it needs to stop and your employer has to do everything they can to protect you from it. If you are not protected, you may be able to make a claim against your employer.

How can you help me?
We do understand how all-consuming your problems are at work and the constant pressure and stress you are facing, but we can help you to bring this chapter of your life to an end and to start moving forward in a more positive way.

We have an experienced team of solicitors who will be able to identify quickly if you are able to bring a claim against your employer and help you to do that. We can identify with you the areas where your employer has not done as they should have and use these to move forwards.

You should not be concerned about making a claim against your employer, as they do have insurance in place to cover this and they are not able to sack you for making a claim. Another positive outcome could be that it will help them to change their practices and mean that no one else will have to go through what you have.

Contact our team of expert employment solicitors to discuss your needs. We offer FREE first advice. Call our team on 0117 929 0333 or email.
